Fine Art Mugs can accept orders from and ship to the following countries and geographic regions:

• United Kingdom

Unfortunately, due to recent legal and taxation changes, we are no longer able to ship outside of the UK.

Production

Each mug is individually produced to order and production will commence approximately 2 working days following receipt of  order and payment.

Shipping

Shipping will be made immediately following final quality checks. Delivery will be made via your local domestic postal service and tracking is therefore not possible.

Shipping Times

The following are estimated delivery times following production:

United Kingdom: 7-10 business  days

Packing & Delivery charges

• 1st item: £ 3.75
• Items 2 to 9: £ 2.75 each
• 10 items & above: Total £ 28.50 (this is the maximum total shipping charge that will be applied)

Please note that orders placed separately can not later be grouped for shipping.

Returns & Refunds

If there are any issues with an order, such as a manufacturing error or printing issue, or the product arrives in a damaged condition we are able to send out a replacement free of charge.

Please send photographs to us that clearly identify the defects or damage. You must notify us within 15 days of receipt. Contact us by e-mail or using the contact form on this page.

In the event of non-delivery after 30 days, please contact us with your customer details and order number and, following verification, we will send out a replacement item.

Because products are produced to order, we regret that we are unable to accept returns due to products not being liked or the wrong item being ordered.

We are unable to issue refunds except in the case of replacement items also being lost or damaged.
